Le Crode is in a privileged position for hiking or biking in Val Fiscalina (Fischleintal), a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring the famous Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Three Peaks of Lavaredo) and Monte Paterno with its various alpine huts. In winter it offers direct access to the ski slopes. Sesto and the Three Peaks area are considered a paradise for cross-country skiers and Sesto Pusteria is considered Italy's number one destination for the sport with over 200 km of groomed trails.
